About Susan Adams

Susan Adams grew up in the Midwest in the middle of an idyllic vineyard setting where her family grew Christmas trees and owned and operated a family landscaping business.  Life led her to Colorado in 2003 where she has happily resided ever since.  Susan loves everything Colorado has to offer. When not working, you can find her hiking, running, skiing or mountain biking.  Susan has spent 5 years managing several HOA’s and rental buildings.  Then, after earning a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science she started her own company helping people learn to grow food in urban environments.  Organized, detail oriented and thoughtful, Susan is passionate about educating and helping clients make the best buying and selling decisions, to help them thrive, succeed, and enjoy the Colorado life as much as she does.

Q&A With Susan…

Where do you LIVE?
I live on Green Mountain in the foothills with my husband, three daughters, and a dog.  I consider it the best of both worlds, being close to the light rail for easy access to downtown and being able to head out for a hike or a bike ride on trails right from my front door, or a short car ride into the Colorado Rockies.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I have always found real estate intriguing which makes it easy to keep a pulse on what’s going on in the market.  Who you want to work with in a real estate transaction is very personal.  Every agent has something unique to offer, so finding an agent who is compatible with you is key.  I think to have an enjoyable and successful transaction you have to find that right person for you.
